Changing a class: your first reschedule is free.

Build your plans like you build wood: measure twice, commit once.

Your first change is free if you make it more than days before class, your one free reschedule. After that, a small reschedule fee covers the bench and instructor we set aside for you. Why days? We book and pay your instructor a week ahead, so that is when a change starts to cost us something.

The reschedule fee is simple: per day you move, whatever you shift that day. One module or ten on the same day is one fee; two separate days is two. Multi-day courses (Cabinet) move as one block, charged per day.

How to do it: open your booking in My Account, tap the menu, choose Reschedule, tick what you want to move and pick a new date. The fee shows live before you confirm, and you get an email and WhatsApp the moment it is done.

Programs: miss a week? You get 2 free make-up classes per semester with at least 48 hours' notice. We slot you into another class of the same level that semester.

If plans change for good.

Can I cancel for a refund?

Yes. More than days out, full value as store credit (or cash on request). Inside that window, credit minus the reschedule fee. Under 48 hours or a no-show is non-refundable.

What if KitaBina cancels?

You choose, a free move to any date or a full cash refund, no fee, plus a little store credit for the trouble.

How are refunds paid?

Store credit is instant and valid 6 months. Cash refunds go to your original payment method.

Do passes and credits refund?

We pro-rate the unused balance. Unused value expires at the end of its validity window.
