Every session opens with a briefing on the tools and machines in use that day, before a single cut is made.

What a maker is handed depends on their age and experience, not just what the project calls for.
Goggles, ear protection, aprons and dust extraction are provided for every session, no need to bring your own.
Class sizes are kept small so every maker gets real attention at the bench, not a quick wave from across the room.
Higher-risk machines are not open to anyone who walks in. Access is earned tier by tier through Tool Training, and each tier you pass unlocks the matching set of machines.
Measuring tools, hand saws, chisels, drills, orbital sander, mitre saw and clamps. TT1 unlocks open-studio access.

Table saw, bandsaw, router and thickness planer, the serious machines, handled with respect.
The levels build in order, TT1 first, then TT2, then TT3. Certification means every person on a machine knows how to use it, and how to stop it.
Every session at KitaBina is guided by an instructor, from the first measurement to the last coat of finish. Class sizes are kept small, max 6 makers to 1 instructor, so nobody is left waiting for help at the bench.
Low ratios mean an experienced pair of hands is always close by, whatever you are building and whatever tier of tool you are working with.
