Terms of service
By booking with KitaBina you agree to follow studio safety rules and instructor guidance at all times. Closed-toe shoes are required in the workshop. Photography may take place during sessions for our records and marketing, let us know if you'd prefer to opt out.
- Participants under 18 must have guardian consent; young children build alongside an adult.
- Seats are confirmed only once payment is completed.
- We may reschedule or substitute instructors/projects when necessary; we'll always notify you.
Refund & reschedule policy
- Your first change is free (the "1× Zero Re-Slot") when you make it more than days before your session, that is when we commit your instructor.
- Re-Slot fee: from days down to 48 hours before, or for any later change, a fee of per day rescheduled applies (whatever you move on a single day is one fee; multi-day courses are charged per day). Payable by FPX before the change is confirmed.
- Under 48 hours before a session, changes cannot be made online, WhatsApp us and we will help where we can. No-shows are forfeited.
- Semester programs: 2 free make-up classes per semester with at least 48 hours' notice; further make-ups are charged. A whole-semester postponement before it begins converts to credit; once started, unused weeks are pro-rated.
- Cancellations: more than days before, full value as store credit (cash on request); inside that window, credit minus the Re-Slot fee; under 48 hours or a no-show, non-refundable. If KitaBina cancels, you get a free move to any date or a full refund.
- Registration and graduation fees are non-refundable. Passes and credits are refunded by pro-rating the unused balance and expire at the end of their validity.
- Store credit is issued instantly and is valid for 6 months. Cash refunds go to your original payment method.
- You always receive an email and a WhatsApp confirmation for any change.
Privacy notice (PDPA 2010)
We collect only what we need to run your bookings and account, your name, contact number, email and (for kids) guardian details. We use it to confirm bookings, send receipts and reminders, and manage your learning record. We do not sell your data. You may request access to or correction of your data at any time.
Payments are processed by Billplz (FPX). We don't store card or bank details.
Verification codes. When you log in or check out, we send a one-time code to your WhatsApp or email to confirm it's really you. By entering your number you consent to receiving that code. We use it only to verify you, never for marketing without your separate opt-in. One-time codes and the phone numbers used to send them are kept for at most 90 days, then deleted.
